Consists of mechanical expanding bulb attached to an end plate and secured to the starter pad with v-clamp. Threaded collar with 3 handles is used to expand the rubber bulb. Attached to the end plate is connection for gage, relief valve, regulator, and orifice. Connection provided for pressurized air or nitrogen which is regulated to 15psig. Protective fixture provided forcarrying and storage.
